Covid-19 Latest updates and regulations

The Cyprus government has announced the lifting of restrictions allowing free movement and opening of restaurants, bars, and shops all over the island.

The following restrictions will remain in place:

  • Public gatherings are limited to 10 people.
  • Face masks are mandatory on public transport and in all outdoor public spaces, except while exercising, in addition to all indoor public spaces.
  • Safepass (Vaccination certificate / Negative PCR Covid Test within 72hours /  Covid recovery certificate – valid 14 days after testing positive and for a period of 180 days thereafter / Covid recovery certificate plus a single dose of an authorized vaccine) is mandatory to all outlets (ie. Restaurants, shops, bars etc.
