Group Executive Chef, Antonis Nicolaou, is super excited about the gastronomic atmosphere that everyone can enjoy in December and the start of January.

To add to the festive glee, gastronomes can also enjoy cooking workshops and demos, champagne breakfasts, and other interactive food events to bring on the holiday cheer.

Excitement reaches an all-time high at Christmas-time when heaps of events give guests good reason to rejoice, no matter what your age! Whether you love getting creative, have a soft a spot for music, or can’t wait to get sporty, there is something for everyone. The list of events to enjoy at each hotel over the festive period are endless, be it arts and crafts, dancing, performances, kids’ discos, quizzes, movie magic, cookery and cocktail demonstrations.
“One of the things I love the most about the events are the regular guests who come along to enjoy them every year,” enthuses Evgenia Papadopoulou, Guest Relations Manager at Elias Beach Hotel. “Doing this job for over 8 years now, I know so many people personally, we’ve all become friends, and one big family! So that gives all of our events a really personal touch and it feels lovely to see the same happy faces.”

“Bringing joy to our guests is what makes the festive period feel really special,” says Executive Housekeeper, Julia Sofocleous. “We’ve tried to create a fairy tale fantasy world, and to really bring the Christmas spirit to life.” What’s more, during the holiday period, you can even learn a good bit about how to decorate yourselves, with candle creation workshops and stocking-making in the mix.
