Apart from some paperwork that has to be arranged in your country of residence, the rest is in the good hands of your Kanika wedding coordinator. She’ll ask you all the right questions, give you all the options, help you visualize your dream wedding – and then make it all happen, step by step:
Step 1 – Submit your enquiry form with your preferred dates and times. Our personal wedding coordinator will contact you to confirm availability.
Step 2 – Prepare all the documents you will need to bring with you to Cyprus, as advised by your wedding coordinator.
Step 3 – Upon confirmation of final date and time, your wedding coordinator will submit an application on your behalf to the relevant Town Hall and request the attendance and services of a marriage officer at the hotel.
Step 4 – Guided by your wedding coordinator, you will choose your preferred venues and menus for your ceremony and celebration, based on your guest list and your catering requirements.
Step 5 – Discuss your preferred wedding theme and style, as well as any extras you might like, such as additional decorative items, wedding favours, photography, fireworks, entertainment etc – and you’re done! Your wedding coordinator will advise, arrange and confirm.
Step 6 – Ensure that you have collected all the necessary documents that must be submitted to the authorities here in Cyprus.
Step 7 – A meeting with your wedding coordinator will be scheduled upon arrival at the Resort.
Step 8 – You are welcome to oversee the venue preparation and will receive a template of the seating arrangement for you to complete. The detailed schedule of the day’s events will be confirmed.
