    To ensure that your experience is as pleasant as possible, we have highlighted a few tips and guidelines that will help you navigate the process to guarantee a serene journey, from beginning to end.

    • Please remove all your jewellery before your treatments. Underwear or suitable swimwear should be worn in the treatment room and during treatments.
    • For some treatments, your therapist will provide disposable undergarments, and a suitable towel draping should be used at all times.
    • Before any treatment, please complete the Health Form provided by your therapist for any particular injury, physical condition or allergies.
    • Your comfort and care is our greatest concern and priority.

    • A locker can be provided for your personal belongings.
    • The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage of valuables left in the spa area, nor can it be held liable for any such loss.
