Booking Terms & Payment Policies
All offers for room rates via the Kanika Hotels and Resorts official Websites, via the Central Reservations call center, or directly with the hotel of choice are subject to availability at the time of reservation. Rates are per room, per night, and on Bed and Breakfast, Half Board Premium, Full Board Premium, or All Inclusive basis and vary by arrival date, include taxes but do not include gratuities unless otherwise stated. Rates are subject to change in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Confirmation of the room reservation forms a binding agreement between you and KANIKA HOTELS
A deposit equivalent to 15% of the total cost of your stay is required at the time of the booking. Any remaining amount will be due upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation more than 60 days prior to arrival, the 15% paid deposit will be fully refunded.
If you cancel your reservation within 60 days prior to arrival, the 15% deposit paid at the time of the booking becomes non-refundable.
Changes to booking dates made within 60 days of arrival can use the 15% deposit to secure the new dates, in which case should there be a difference in the price of accommodation for the new dates the balance for the amount equaling 15% will be charged.
Golf Payment Policy
Reservations made more than 60 days prior to guest arrival, are subject to a 15% deposit of the total golf package amount at the time of booking.
An additional payment equivalent to 35% of the total cost of the golf package is required 60 days prior to guest arrival. The total deposit of 50% paid will become non-refundable 60 days prior to arrival.
For reservations made within 60 days of arrival, a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 50% of the total cost of the golf package is required at the time of booking.
Any remaining amount will be due upon arrival at the hotel.
Golf Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival, will receive a full refund of the 15% deposit.
Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival will result in the loss of the 50% deposit.
Changes to booking dates made within 60 days of arrival can use the 50% deposit to secure the new dates, in the case should there is a difference in the price of accommodation for the new dates the balance for the amount equaling 50% will be charged.
