Booking Terms & Payment Policies of Kanika

All offers for room rates via the Kanika Hotels and Resorts official Websites,  via the Central Reservations call center, or directly with the hotel of choice are subject to availability at the time of reservation.   Rates are per room, per night, and on Bed and Breakfast, Half Board Premium, Full Board Premium, or All Inclusive basis and vary by arrival date, include taxes but do not include gratuities unless otherwise stated. Rates are subject to change in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Confirmation of the room reservation forms a binding agreement between you and KANIKA HOTELS & RESORTS

Payments & Deposits

A deposit equivalent to 15% of the total cost of your stay is required at the time of the booking.  Any remaining amount will be due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation more than 60 days prior to arrival, the 15% paid deposit will be fully refunded.

If you cancel your reservation within 60 days prior to arrival, the 15% deposit paid at the time of the booking becomes non-refundable.

Changes to booking dates made within 60 days of arrival can use the 15% deposit to secure the new dates, in which case should there be a difference in the price of accommodation for the new dates the balance for the amount equaling 15% will be charged.


Direct Golf Bookings

Golf Payment Policy

Reservations made more than 60 days prior to guest arrival, are subject to a 15% deposit of the total golf package amount at the time of booking.

An additional payment equivalent to 35% of the total cost of the golf package is required 60 days prior to guest arrival. The total deposit of 50% paid will become non-refundable 60 days prior to arrival.

For reservations made within 60 days of arrival, a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 50% of the total cost of the golf package is required at the time of booking.

Any remaining amount will be due upon arrival at the hotel.

Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival, will receive a full refund of the 15% deposit.

Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival will result in the loss of the 50% deposit.

Changes to booking dates made within 60 days of arrival can use the 50% deposit to secure the new dates, in the case should there is a difference in the price of accommodation for the new dates the balance for the amount equaling 50% will be charged.

  • For stays of 2-3 nights: Guests are entitled to 1 visit at any Ă  la carte restaurant during their stay, subject to availability.
  • For stays of 4-5 nights: Guests are entitled to 2 visits at two different Ă  la carte restaurants during their stay, subject to availability.
  • For stays of 6-7 nights: Guests are entitled to 1 visit to each of the following Ă  la carte restaurants; Garibaldi, Seven Orchids and The Greats and two visits at the Captains Deck Restaurant.


  • For one-night stays: No guaranteed visit. Dining at any of the Ă  la carte restaurants is subject to availability and hotel discretion.
  • For stays of 2-3 nights: Guests are entitled to 1 visit at any Ă  la carte restaurant during their stay, subject to availability.
  • For stays of 4-5 nights: Guests are entitled to 2 visits at two different Ă  la carte restaurants during their stay, subject to availability.
  • For stays of 6-7 nights: Guests are entitled to 1 visit to each of the following Ă  la carte restaurants; Garibaldi and Seven Orchids and two visits at the Captains Deck Restaurant.

Revisiting the same restaurant is not guaranteed and may be offered at the hotel’s discretion and subject to availability.
The allowance resets every 7 consecutive nights. Any additional nights beyond 7 nights, will start a new cycle.
Dining times are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and some restaurants may be affected by weather conditions.


  • The special package is valid for at the Amanti hotel in Ayia Napa andf Amavi in Paphos.
  • Minimum stay of 3 (three nights) apply and the offer is subject to availability.
