Kindly remove all jewellery prior to your treatment. Underwear or suitable swimwear should be worn in the treatment room at all times.

For certain treatments, disposable undergarments will be provided. Proper towel draping will be ensured at all times.

Prior to your treatment, please complete the Health Form provided by your therapist, indicating any injuries, medical conditions, or allergies.

Your comfort and care are our highest priority.
Lockers are available for your personal belongings.

The hotel does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to valuables left in the spa area.
We kindly recommend reserving your treatment in advance to ensure availability.

Reservations may be made via extension 3425, at Serenity Spa & Wellness, or through the Kanika Hotels & Resorts app.
