To ensure that your experience is as pleasant as possible, we have highlighted a few tips and guidelines that will help you navigate the process to guarantee a serene journey, from beginning to end.
Discover
Please remove all your jewellery before your treatments. Underwear or suitable swimwear should be worn in the treatment room and during treatments.

For some treatments, your therapist will provide disposable undergarments, and a suitable towel draping should be used at all times.

Before any treatment, please complete the Health Form provided by your therapist for any particular injury, physical condition or allergies.

Your comfort and care is our greatest concern and priority.
A locker can be provided for your personal belongings.

The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage of valuables left in the spa area, nor can it be held liable for any such loss.
We highly recommend making your spa reservation in advance, to avoid disappointment. Reservations can be made through our Reception Ext. No. 0 or via our Health Club & Spa centre directly. We encourage you to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
