You can’t help it: your eyes will be drawn to the deep blue of the sea. Let them travel across the water to the Medieval Castle keeping guard at the far end of the Paphos promenade. And then it happens: the sun starts to dip into the sea with a blaze of red and orange hues conquering the sky.

Flavour meets imagination in each plate, as you explore and enjoy the principles of Asian cuisine, which seeks harmony and balance of four flavours: sour, bitter, sweet and salty.

The taste temptations are endless, so you can choose between popular classics such as the sushi platter or the five-spice duck breast, or try something you haven’t had before… Perhaps that is the Thai style chicken salad with ginger, lime and Oriental pesto, or the Korean beef kalbi with sweet and sour leeks. Ask the maitre to recommend a wine to match, and make sure to save some space for dessert. A word of warning: the choice will be difficult… Chocolate and banana parfait? Passion fruit mousse? Or lime Fromage blanc mousse… and the list goes on.
